Many countries are Visa Exempt.
We will work with authors from countries requiring visas to get earliest practical abstract/paper review dates to allow Invitation Letters to be issued.
Overview
Check if you require a visa to enter Canada. Citizens of some countries may be visa-exempt.
Identify the appropriate visa category for conference attendance, such as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
Valid passport: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay.
Invitation letter: Obtain an invitation letter from the conference organizers stating the purpose, duration, and location of the event.

Proof of funds: Demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your travel expenses during your stay in Canada.
Travel itinerary: Provide details of your travel plans, including flight bookings and accommodation (address) arrangements.
Complete the visa application online or through the Canadian visa application center (if applicable).
Pay the necessary visa application fees, which vary depending on the visa type and country of residence.
Submit the completed application along with supporting documents to the appropriate visa office or center.
Await the processing of your visa application. The processing time may vary, so plan accordingly.
Once approved, you will receive a passport request. Submit your passport to receive the visa stamp.
With the visa issued, you are ready to travel to Canada for the conference.
